Elizabeth K. Peake

Elizabeth joined Tretter Financial Planning after she and Jessica spent several years working together successfully to plan Misters for MS, a fundraiser benefitting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Their camaraderie together was natural, and Elizabeth’s trustworthy character, experience in banking, and years of exceptional customer service made her a perfect candidate as our Business Manager.  Elizabeth handles behind-the-scenes details to keep things running smoothly for both Jessica and our clients. 

 

Outside the office, Elizabeth runs her own small business, Peake Ties, specializing in handmade bow ties, neckties, and pocket squares. Every piece is crafted with care, not only sewing each item herself but often designing the fabric print, creating truly one-of-a-kind accessories. Her work has earned recognition across Kentucky as the official bow tie of the Kentucky Derby Festival since 2018 and awarded Best of Louisville’s 2019 “Best Place to Buy a Derby Tie”. 

 

Elizabeth and her husband Darin are the proud parents of Henry, a sassy dog with plenty of personality. When she’s not sewing or crafting, she loves connecting with others and helping bring creative ideas to life, whether it’s a custom bow tie or a comprehensive financial plan.
